I was very excited when Rachel and Nicholas asked me to photograph their wedding at the Tea Rooms, Gunners Barracks in Sydney. I have shot there once before, but as it was a horrible rainy day, and I felt a bit ripped off that we couldn’t take advantage of the gorgeous city and Sydney harbour views. Surely it couldn’t possibly rain both times, and fortunately it didn’t. It turned out to be a glorious day in Sydney and I even managed to sneak in a swim at Bondi Beach in the morning.
Here are a few of my favourite photos from Nicholas and Rachel’s beautiful Sydney wedding.
Happy Valentines day to all. To celebrate the occasion I thought I’d share a few frames from Nicholas and Rachel’s engagement shoot in Hyde Park in Sydney. Stay tuned for their fabulous Sydney wedding coming up shortly. Oh and for the photography buffs these were all shot on the new Fuji x100.
My work load has been crazy these past few months so I don’t have time to do my usual long post but I definitely wanted to share a few photos from Verena and Franks wedding on beautiful Blenheim Beach. Verena and Frank and all their guests except two, travelled all the way from Germany to be married on the beautiful shores of Jervis Bay on the South Coast. Because their wedding was during the summer holidays, the beach was slightly more busy than usual but this created a lovely vibe as the onlookers cheered and clapped when Verena made her entrance and walked down the aisle. After their beautiful beach ceremony which was all in German by the way, Verena and Frank enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea followed by a dolphin cruise in picturesque Jervis Bay.
